1. Introduction

Welcome to Nandi Farm Resort, located in Andhra Pradesh. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Reservations and Bookings

• Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.
• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards and online transfers.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 2 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 1 days of the check-in date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date will result in a no-show charge equivalent to 100% of the total booking amount.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-In Time: 12 pm
• Check-Out Time: 12 pm
• Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Use of Resort Facilities

• Pool and Recreational Areas: Guests must adhere to the posted rules and guidelines. Children must be supervised at all times.
• Wi-Fi Access: Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for guests. Usage must not violate any laws or resort policies.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed on the resort premises, except for service animals with prior notice.

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Conduct: Guests are expected to behave responsibly and not cause any disturbance to other guests. Any damage caused to resort property will be charged to the guest.
• Valuables: The resort is not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings. Please use the in-room safe for valuables.
• Compliance: Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay.

6. Liability

• Limitation of Liability: Nandi Farm Resort is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the resort facilities.
• Indemnification: Guests agree to indemnify and hold Nandi Farm Resort harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their actions during their stay.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Andhra Pradesh, India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh.
